looks like a good model, there are room for improvements though, like the inside of the mouth could deepen, and maybe some teeth, but looks good so far

I've added teeth and horns to it now, and a few other bits. About 48,000 polygons so far, i may reduce that soon.

dont forget the wires suspending the bones :p, you could make it look like a exibition once its finished apart from dragons dont exactly exist unless youd count rhe comodo but thats more like a fat lizzard :p, you could allways make it into a t-rex as from 1st glance it looks like one.

i think he means your computer won't hack it, are you making it using hypernurbs attached, so you prolly could reduce the memory by keep adding and removing them etc.

Seppuku wa baka.

anyways you should separate the jaw from the skull unless this is some super dragon with part flexible and part solid bone.

Looking great so far.

One crit may be that the jaw looks a bit 'empty,' maybe adding more teeth would sort it out but it's a wip so maybe you knew that.

What is the Spec of your computer? I am interested

Just because your computer can handle lots of polys doesn't mean you have to use them all. You proberly have around half the polys in the head which are useless so you could get the same looking mesh by using 24,000 polys

@ coder, then I'm definately wrong watashi wa baka! Watashi wa Nihongo gozaimasen yo!

So does Omae yo and demasu yo mean what I think they mean?

@Add, jeez thats one powerful PC, are you rich? Cinema 4D Studio 8 and a really really good PC, and same age has gotta be rich.

oh and HT technology or the other one?(the one thats new and better, some one on another forums showed me it)
I mean, if I had HT then my PC would p*** me off so much, I prefer macs anyone (although they lack the technology of intel, but they've recently made the intel switch and IBM lose another customer )

rather cheap for those specs ._O, well anyways you do not have 400gb of memory, is hdd storage space totally different.

@seppu
Quote: "Watashi wa Nihongo gozaimasen yo!

whats with all the Yo`s? also Watashi wa Nihongo gozaimasen, doesnt your senteance say 'my japanese is sorry'?, better to say something like, Watashi no nihongo wa warui des.

anyways i find writing japanese in english isnt as clear as when its spoken as you sometimes cant express words the same.

@sspike

if youve noticed he isnt really going for dbp compatible models, sure the mesh would look the same at a 1st glance when reduced maybe cut down on the iterations on the mesh but from a render you would be able to see the edges and when your going for render quality work you often dont wish to see these. also he could allways hide the skull while hes adding other areas so while its not being rendered to any viewports it shouldent cause any slowdown.

@ Coder, I was try to say I am not good at Japanese (and really emphasise it with 'yo'), I wasn't sure how I use gozaimasu, I though I could use it to say not good, I guess learning from a book isn't exactly helpful, I should read more of it before trying to make my own sentence

well i dont blame ya japanese is tricky to learn since most of there sentances are said backwards to english,

@big maybe you could add a bleeding carcas of a horse with entrails and guts spewing out te sides and maybe an eyeball hanging off a thin peice of muscle and some maggots crawling around the hourse where its been decomposing slightly, ah what a nice thought
