DLL Talk / Newton Installation Problem

Hi, i'm not very good at programming so please bear with me.
I can't get the dll to work. I put it in the plugins-user folder. Have I done something wrong or not done something because the Newton commands arn't recognised.

You put NDB.dll in the plugins-user folder, and newton.dll in the same folder as your compiled program.
