Hey,
I think it would be soooooooooooo nice if somone made a model converter program that easily and painlessly converted models into .fpe format, and also took care of the .tga file so you could quickly download as many models as you want, then import and outport them in batches to decrease the time spent endlessly tweaking each model file, and coping and pasting .fpe files, then tweaking those, for 1 tiny model.

When FPSC gets good enough, lets make a Redwall game!

meh, tweaking's fun, you get odd effects, like when you accidentaly have too many 0's and your fighter cant fit into the hanger bay...ahh, good times, also when the posityioning goes wrong and your ships fly backwards >_<

You don't really need one, .X is supported and that's DX's own format, so it's very well supported.

I think that .X models get converted to .FPE internally anyway.

no, you have to edit an existing .FPE file then point it to your .X file, and I have 1000+ models I would like to use in FPSC, but if I don't find a converter I'll have to do it manualy.... anybody up for hire?

on second thought, it would probably be easier for you if I just gave you the scource of where to download them.

http://www.baument.com/archives.html

here's the ones that I would like really bad!
All exept for any animals and humans, I would also like the pictures of the models to show up in the FPSC library.

Thanks a ton!

sorry about it being my third post in a row, but I just looked at the last post:

I guess that means I'll have to pay... unless you want the practice!

it would be easier if you just got them from the site, because then we both wouldn't have to mess to much with the pictures.
