no offence, but who exactly do you expect to make work for you?

here are the problems with your proposition, you give a very vague description of the models you want, and suggest that they should be skinned and animated, and people think to them selves well what will i get for doing this?

then they think, wow! you rake in some cash for doing nothing!, and the artists get there name printed on a text file, its not like they did 99.9999999% of all the work required for this project...
