if you take a look at the screenshot below notice the red circle has 2 variables: temp and temp1
these variables contain the exact same string, one loaded from a file and one hard coded

the problem is the hard coded one loads the image fine, the one read from a file doesnt, and dbImageExists() returns 0 for the image...

anyone seen this before?

Its more of a coding problem on your part - probably the variables are getting overwritten...

that works fine for me too but the other one i showed doesnt

temp is the variable i want to use, it reads the filename from a hash table and loads the image, in the screenshot you can see both have the same data, but the one from the hash table doesnt work... been stepping through it all day lol

anyways im sure ill figure it out
