coz i created a game usually as a game creator or designer i like it to be portable when it comes to running it on different OS in windows...will it run in windows 98/2k/2000 if i gave them the exe of my game....Im talking about the executable part of my game not the software itself i know you can only run the FPScreator on WIn Xp...but how about the game itself.....

I haven't heard of anyone testing it on Window98/ME. 2000 I know should be fine but those other two, not sure. I think it would be better to do a game for Windows2000/XP than 98/ME. I hardly know anyone with those operating systems anymore.

The FPSC package for the EA version worked on Win2000 and I'll confirm if the beta of V1 works on Win2000 tonight.

So Win2000 I'd say yeah, no problem - but for anything below that like ME or 98se, probably not a good idea to rely on them working. I think the changes in the way Windows handles it's applications throws out ME and 98 more than anything, it's not that TGC have put XP only stuff in FPSC, it's just the way it has to work.
