Likety split grimloid!.

I love Red Dwarf, it's everything that a British comedy should be. My fave character was the miserable computer. Was his name still Holly?, anyway he was really funny, especially at the start when he would tell you how intelligent he is "I have an IQ of 2500, the equivalent of 1206 gym teachers" (or words to that effect).

Best episode was definately Rimmerworld though; Rimmer gets stranded on a planet, which he decides to terraform and populate with clones of himself, who then lock him up because they're all treacherous smegheads!.

I'm fine thanks Susan (^_^)

they show Red Dwarf all the time on UK Gold ... all the current seasons, 1-8
i like season 8 cause they get the original holly back, first thing he does is looks at Kryton and goes ...
Holly - "My god whats happened to that guy? Looks rather horrific!"
Kryton - "Sir, its me Kryton!"
Holly - "Oh yeah, sorry didn't recognise you the way the light was bouncing of your -...- head."

Ahhh its so obvious... escape from your series 4000 droid, hijack a large space corp mining ship whilst the crew is away, turn it into a macro version and make the rest a planet then go explore a macro universe in someones dirty laundry basket!
its the oldest trick in the book.

It's the old, old story - droid meets droid, droid becomes chameleon, droid loses chameleon, chameleon turns into blob, droid gets blob back again. Blob meets blob, blob goes off with blob and droid loses blob, chameleon and droid. How many times have we seen that story?"

Why would a haddock commit suicide? Why am I asking that question?

There's only three alternatives. It thinks we're either a threat, food or a mate. It's gonna kill us, eat us or hump us. We persuade it that we're not that kind of oceanic salvage vessel or we scarper pronto.

i have a question that shakes the very boundries of questions themselves...
as god is so big and the universe is infinate, mounting to infinate possibilties and in that realm of possiblities we can infinate reasons...
then my question is this...

would you like a toasted butter scone?

I used to always watch RED DWARF. It is no longer showed in America though. That really pisses me off. There aren't any good shows in The US. The only thing I ever watch is the Simpsons.

Have any of you ever seen The Red Green Show. I think it was a Canadian comedy. I used to watch that too, and then it was cancelled in America as well.

i'm not sure the standpoint on that actually CMOTD ... i download alot of taped shows from SkyOne over Kazaa thanks to my mom, so i sure hope its illegal.

That'll piss me off like hell, cause i go back to the states in a fortnight and they're showing DragonBall GT on CNX ... plus they're showing DBZ Kid Buu saga right now - i know the states CN will have it too within a month or so, but still i'd rather see the Brit version

thought if you wanna watch it, get someone who has UK Gold, because its on most weekends - oftenly complete series marathons

...
Kochanski - Kryton what are you doing with that cheese. We don't have mice do we?
Kyrton - No ma'am i'm just trying to lure out my penis.

Ive heard rumours of a film for ages , though at one point they were talking about an American cast. No offence but I would much prefer to see the original cast in it.

Raven , Ive been dloading 24 and Friends each week and the way I look at it , im paying my Tv licence and Sky subscription anyway so if its coming on anyway then it should be ok . Hope sos anyway

(^_^) got the whole series 1 - 7 on tape at home (official recordings with the outtake endings which is funny) and have 8 on video tape i got from UKGold, always miss it on the terestrial now.

and the rumours of a movie have been around for years, there was one after the 6th series, then one after the 7th series, and there was suppose to be a game.

from what i've heard Grant and Doug are working on a 9th season but when its done is anyones guess because everyone is doing thier own things...
Chris Barry is in the TRs, Danny jon Jools is in some American series, whats his face who played Kryton is still doing those documenteraries and such for BBC and Craig Charles is all over the shop with movies, adverts and Robot wars ... really somehow i don't see anything comming to light for a good year

and remember... Risa is the best place to bring up sheep - if you happen to crossbreed them with dolphins

I thought the guy who plays Rimmer was convicted of supplying cocaine?

Craig Charles is great though, can't think of anyone who'd play Lister as well as him, in fact all the cast are great - not irritating like some other Brit actors.

Chris Barry convicted of smuggling cocaine??
somedays i feel we've crossed over into some freaky parallel universe.

personally i've seen and heard too much about this over the past 5years, and yeah the news has been on Red Dwarf.com since i was still in Secondry School - so a good few years ago

at this point its a case of ... i'll believe it when i see it.
