Hi !

Sadly , Softimage XSI has no import export function for .X format.
So i wanted to ask what program do you use to model and animate Direct x models ???
i want to make an completely unique game

Well, if you want, send the models to 3dservaces@cdbgames.com, and I'll convvert them for you when I get back.

Formerly I was CDBGames, and formerly to that i was Duke Nukem, and even more formerly to that
I was Punk Rock 101. Got it?

50$ might be considered expensive... If you live in a tree-hut somewhere in the Sahara.
Seriously though, 50$ isn't that much for a 3d-modelling program. I use Wings 3D, but I'm not sure it has any exporting to *.x-files function.

One thing to look forward to:

So, how does animation function in fpsc ?
I am modelling an enemy for my game and now i wonder how to get the animations into fpsc. sadly this is not explained in the doc.

PS: will it be able to have a player throwing a ball or someting ?

PPS: And is it possible per scripting to make friendly AI players ? like in a football game ?

$50 is expensive if you may not use it...

Buy DBP and make MUCH better games then FPSC, but the issue is can you actually do it? Do you have the skills to program great games? Do other people have the skills to make great models?
