NOOOOOOOO i try to make my first 3d models outta 3d canvas freware edition and it started smothly then all of a sudden, BAM!!!
I cant use the fill tool to make my textures work...

Play around a bit. If it doesnt work right, try looking in the Help guide. wings 3d is a good FREE program for modelling. its what i use but i dont know if you can handle it.

1 mistake is nothing.
Wait till you forget to save or have to start over because someone wanted it diffrently. Have fun

Also.. i might have an answer for your question.. but i need to see whats going on. post a screen shot.


School is supposed to be teaching our kids how to read and write. Not about dangerous drugs like PHP.

Don't they have a 3D canvas forum here? maybe you could find more help there......Newbs are differant than a year a go when I was a newb....cool a year on here on the 18th! Day after my Sephiroth is due in oops I went off topic didn't I

anyway, I've had texture problems in 3DCanvas when I wanted to use it for animation, I didn't work it out, I just carried on using the app I used before and waited for my new app to arrive, but you are unlikely to find 3DC users in here, most of us are Milkshape, Wings, 3DSMax and Cinema 4D users and Sspike uses Maya, I don't think I've seen a 3DC user in here before, prolly cos they hang out at the 3DC forums found somewhere else on the forum page under support
