you should look for tutorials not everyone is willing to post a tutorial on how to make a face . Im not that good at character modeling so you wouldnt want advice from me

EDIT: btw be patient people will post something sometime or another

Aarron do you know how to box model with extrude and extrude inner(dunno what its called in Wings) and of course you'll need to subdivide, if you know how to box model like that, I might be able to help you, no web links, just add me to msn
