Looks pretty good for a low poly model. Some crit:
His eyes look kinda odd and it may be the angle but he doesn't look very fat either.
Also his hands are a little blocky, even for low poly.
Last thing is there seem to be flaps of skin hanging on either side of his head.
Very good otherwise tho, keep it up. What did you make it in?

Explain to me why some people pay money for 3d software? Its not 3d till its been blended. wwww.blender3d.org

i used milkshape yeah i just noticed the flaps and for the eyes im still kind of a knoob at texturing ill fix it and post again
