It's not all that hard (unless your using the trial version, in which case it is impossible). Go to File, Bulid Game. Then load your maps in the level section, and customize the settings through the other tabs. Click 'Build Game' and it will build it to an .exe

jeff o man i hope your still watchign this becasue i have a perfect solution to yoru problem. i use a program called install creator by a company named Clickteam. It very easily takes your "MyGame" folder and creates a nifty Setup or installer for your game. It creates icons in your start menu and on your desktop. Creates an uninstaller for you, and gives you many options. just use the wizard that should start up when you open the program. the file size dramatically decreases while in this state and there is no data loss or lack of quality in textures.

theres a really easy option. place the file into a .zip file and host that on the internet. when someone clicks on it you get the option to save or open just like a normal download. also, since its zipped, it would be smaller. i have used this meathod many times and its very good.

I think using an install creacotr, like ClickTeam's is probably better than a zip, as its much more straight forward for both the developer and the end user.
