Hmmm. This is a good question since EA'ers are supposed to be able to download V1 and V1 is off to be mastered.

Anyone?

Relax or I'll hit you with the whip again.

I gave them my gmail account address because my brother said that Hotmail tends to block things. Anyways I bought FPSC outside of the forum, so I don't think it matters that my email address is different here. I really hope I receive the download today or tomorrow cause my school starts again on Thursday

Well I don't see the point in doing anything with EA now as V1 will differ and there are no doubt compatiability issues in using EA projects in V1 so I'm not going to bother until V1 is available for download.

As V1 is or has been packaged up, when can we EA purchasers actually download V1, there seems no point in making us wait and would let us get to work creating games/demos sooner for TGC to showcase to enhance sales of V1...

I guess this question is for mods

Do you work for TGC Evil Inside?

Actually I'm not happy about kicking my heels not being able to become familiar with V1 until more or less around the same time that Joe Bloggs can buy a copy too...

Here are some good reasons why:

1) EA is different from V1, there's a learning curve like with most software, the sooner we get busy the better.

2) Games made with EA won't be totally compatiable with games made with V1, so bothering to make any with EA is pointless.

3) EA purchasers supported the development of the FPSC by beta testing it and buying it, so now that V1 is ready why should EA buyers have to wait and wait until it almost hits the shops??

you bought the fpsc program off the forums but you had to log in to purchase anyhting from the site. personally, gmail is no better then hotmail, perhaps worse, they attach ads to your mail and screen everything you send and receive.

Yes, but it is the street date, and Rick said himself that EA users would get it before the street date. When? No one knows.

I guess that when Lee gets back from his holiday and TGC officials get together to access the state of play then they may be able to make a decision as to when EA owners will have access to the V1 download.

It wont be long now anyway...
