On the installer part where it asks me to enter my name and serial number I put all of the info in and it stays on the same page but removes my name. I know that the serial and name are definatly right but it won't let me go past that part.

If anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it then please tell me.

Make sure you have direct x 9 installed first or it will not work. Hope that helps.

I remember the same thing happened to me; I recall having to use capitals for the letters in the serial. If you haven't done that, try and hopefully it'll help.

I'm sad now, I've waited 5 days just for EA and the installer still won't work. The trial works so it might not be to do with my computer. Please, TGC HELP ME.

Heres my invoice number: 21685
Could I have a different download to see whether it's the installer?

Please help in any way possible.

Some more info: I can't go back or next in the installer at that page.

Do I need to use a different name or user name or something other than my actual name?

MODS HELP!! or I will have just lost £35!
