Dark GDK / Plain problem

hey guys

im using plains for some things in the program i am writing and i have this strange problem. I create a plain and texture it which works fine, then I want to instance it several times and every copy only shows up as half a plain. I tried using clone with the same results.

any ideas?

Can you make the code availiable ? And do you scale the planes ?

Certainly nothing dodgy looking there. Will have to try a standard instance call later on...

However, it does appear that when an object is instance'd, the copy is flipped horizontally :

hmm im pretty sure that only applies for the first instance, cause when i instance it multiple times it works fine on all the others. and when i rotate the first instance, its still half...
