hello everybody it's quite long time I didn't post here

I recently start to hang blender modeller..and I'm quite happy with it for the moment ...
So my first attempt to model a character in it ....
the model is about 1866 tri..( well maybe a bit to much for the kind of model it is..)

I will realease for free on my account at turbosquid once it will be finished ..with texture and animation ( basic one )...

so here a screen about what she look like right now

see you soon I hope for some progress on it

Looks very good! Only thing that strikes me isn't related to modelling but her legs after the pants end are still purple. Not sure if that is the actual color or just color coded groups tho

Explain to me why some people pay money for 3d software? Its not 3d till its been blended. wwww.blender3d.org

I have no idea why this havent got more attention.
Compared to most of the meshes I see around here this seems like it could actually work (no offence to everyone elese).

First and probably most importantly it looks planed. all the polygon looks as if placed there for a reason, not wasting anywhere. This is really a class of its own as lots of people will not touch organic forms, and yours seems like you've been working with them for ages.

I applaud this pice of work. Now! get it textured

thanks you guys for the nice reply...

I'm not reaaly experienced about low poly character but after did a lot tutorial and look about some low poly mesh made by pro..maybe my eyes get a bit knowledge ..

well I start slowly the texture part ...i love paint onto a 2d picture but curiously not so much onto UV map ...

so here 2 render made with blender..

and here into dbpro using DBviewver...

thanks for looking and comments ...see you for a next update ..

That models is one of the few (and i mean no more than 4) human models i've seen so good (well, i actually don't check every post to find the best, so...). Yet, i've seen some pictures of that character, and i must say that her eyes look quite diferent, or at least they don't show that expression she has. Well, you might have done quite a fast texture so didn't actually cared of it, or maybe you just didn't realised it. However, i know (as i model also) that it's hard to actualy give the real look or the feeling one is trying to accomplish... (man i comfused myself while writing this. Tired..Zzzzzz....)

@Johnny Ree: Ya thats true this is very good model but didnt get enough attention. Though I dont think you can really say a statment like that cause most people here are beginners. Its like saying at a PeeWee football: Man Jon Elway is the only one making 100 yard touch-downs(though hes a quarterback I just had to over exaggerate). Despite how true it is but Im just saying

@daghen:
Really good job keep them coming.

@daghen : thats some amazing modelling, and i have used blender before faces are really hard in that program. Very Nice. If you have some time you are looking to put those skills to use on a game try ours.

Rush. But youd have to be a lower poly modeller first...Sct.afraid.org for more info.

But seriously that looks very nice.

have to finish texture then go back onto animation and try get something good ...make different one and I will release this model for free ( of course )..on turbosquid later ..

There's some slight problems with it looping, and the chest is completely static (the top part should move somewhat).

Its a good start, but there are some problems with it. The main problem which I noticed is how the uper body is uneffected by gravity. Its very important that it follows the flow of the feet, that it reacts when one foot hits the ground, and that it follows every thrust. Also when looking at her arms, I feel her sholders would follow the movement a bit more.

Anyway keep up the great work

It's very nice...but like Jonny Ree said..the upper body is unaffected by gravity. Other then that though...I think it looks pretty awesome..keep at it and I think it will be a wonderful character when you're done (not that it isn't now)
I give it 10 stars yay
