I did not get any confirmation e-mails after I order the EA upgrade to BOX. Can rich tell me if my order did not go through, I do not want to order it twice to find that I was already charged for it?

Rich I also e-mailed you about something else did you get my e-mail.

I got a confirmation email from TGC but its not showing up under my order history,another odd thing is I never got a reciept for the transaction.

it shows up in my order history, and i got a confirmation email from tgc and from the other place.
This happened right after the purchase.

I recibe the confirmation email and show in the order histori.

Probably for the people that have ordered the boxed version upgrade and have this problem, probably it because the payment have nor confirme.
