Let me get this straight...you can either get the online download 2 weeks early and the model pack, or the boxed version, download, and model pack (but the boxed for about $7)?

If you live in UK its possible that you get the boxed version in 22 september. If live in other country, probably later. But never before 22 september.

The boxed version will start shipping on the 8th as well, so yes most people are likely to get it before the 22nd because even US/Aus orders only take around 2 weeks delivery at this time of the year. Towards Christmas it gets slower though.

People in the UK (and some parts of Europe) will of course get it first, but that's only because of shipping distances.
