Can anyone guess which game I am remaking for the Retro compo? - BTW. Don't answer if you have read the RETRO IN DEVELOPMENT thread and you can remember

Current progress:
- Physics done
- Collision done
- Level editor done
- Explosion FX done
- Media half-done

hey, i was browsing the web one day and saw this exact game but made with some other game-making language, i think Blitz basic, that game was so cool and so fast, hope your is gonna be good ^_^ and the speed of the game is one of it's main factors, good luck!

blazer, star fox was ALWAYS 3d. And except for the fact that the sky doesnt look tiled well along the horizon, that looks sweet. And maybe showing the space ship would give us a slight clue...

and it's obviously a mortal kombat game, sheesh...

It is not Star-Fox. I know the sky hasn't been done properly - I will fix that shortly.

The game is pretty fast. It takes about 5 seconds to get from the start point to the end of where you can see to in the above screenie. I know what you mean about speed - this game is a puzzler and a racer built into one

I also speeded up the crash >> restart time which was annoyingly long in the original game.

I loved that game. It was really interesting when consecutive levels would switch gravity levels on you, so you'd have no idea what you were doing.

Looks really good right now.

LOL. Anybody remember the Game Empire CD? (At least I think that was what it was called) Had about 200+ oldstyle games on it. Haven't thought about it in about 2 years.....probably still have it, too.
