Hey, I just found out how to make boxes suddenly spawn when i hit a trigger zone.

1. How can I do this with a switch so it only spawns 1 at a time with a 10 second delay.

2. How could i make it so it's grav is turned off and it is satic in the air until a trigger off a zone or switch, then it drops.

Please help! Thanks.
