Getting kinda bummed. My download won\\\\\\\'t load and it has been 3 days of going back and forth on e-mails. And they are asking the same questions over and over.

Name? dont need a name.

SN? Sure its correct.

Name? are you typing in the right name.

I am getting this out there so hopefully I can get this running before another three days of e-mails back and forth.

You guys gotta come up with a better system of support. Even if is costs an annual fee or case-by-case fee.
