This is the furthest my RPG engine had gotten by the time I stopped. It has battle, wmap, and towns included.

Screenshots can be found in the dev. diary. There are a fair few of them from each stage so they are not linked too here


It is a code snippet once you dl it. Its no longer a WIP I want nothing more to do with it which is why there is so little explanation I just want it out there for newer/intermediate programmers to use.

ok. there are some problems with the pics for sure. I encourage you to go through and try it anyways. The pics, except for the battle engine, make it look terrible. Its a baseline to build from not eye candy

With the permission denied simply click refresh. If that doesn't work from the provided link go to. www.dannywartnaby.co.uk/rgt and click refresh. After that you can browse no problem.

If I can find my old battle engine gif I'll post that up.
