You know, sometimes files get corrupted while downloading them. So its not the product. Just re-download it.

Send this to SUPPORT (look at the little link below the Post box) and provide some useful details about the error! the more vague you are (and let's face it, you can't get more vague than the message you posted), the longer it takes for Support to help you.
