I was wondering if there's a way to throw like a chair or table at an enemy and have them die when hit. I've experimentted for hours and haven't come up with anything yet.

I just tried this and it seem not. I think Lee will need to patch V1 to make this happen - would make games more interesting if you can thow objects to kill enemies. And maybe have some way of controlling the speed of the throw (time mouse key is held down). I'll mention it to him when he returns from his break.

I will second this idea. This was one of the first things I tried with my shiny new copy of V1. I was very sad it didn't work.

Throwing objects that deliver damage would be a great addition to game play.

Relax or I'll hit you with the whip again.

I somehow got it working once. I don't know how I did it, but I remember throwing a flammable container at the Aiko character, and she fell down on the floor.

One thing to look forward to:

lol, maybe that was jsut becasue of the explosion, that works to kill them, its just something that needs patched, becasue you can break glass with boxes, and also, when you throw a box against the wall, it bounces off, it should either break, or not be like rubber.

Lee told me today that it should be possible. If he cannot do it then he will fix it. He plans a patch for any issues found. He starts it next week.

RicV, you need to tell lee about a bug where the enemys kinda walk through doors strange. They slide in with the static animation on going through doors sometimes.

Try it!
Custom the autodoor script to make it open closer, the enemy can't waypoint walk through. Until you open it.
