just thinking aloud but this new physics thingy is cool, would it be possible to apply the physics to a player to give the effect of being in water (displacement), so you could have a 100x100 area that when you walk into it the players ground level is just below the floor level anything thats around you in this area ripples! if so how?

Does anybody know how to make a water segment? I've been playing with rain (thanks to whoever posted it - it's awesome!) and thought it'd be cool to have puddles to put under the rain FX. Nothing fancy, animated ripples would be nice but not needed. I just basically need shallow puddles with the sound of water splashing when walked in (like the Lava SFX). Maybe rounded segments so they won't have a square block look to them. Could this possibly be done as an entity with some kind of sound trigger? Does anyone have anything like this yet?
