Does anyone know how to make it so you here what you are recording while you're recording it with the sound recorder in windows xp? I've done it in windows 98, but I forgot what I did.

goto Programs -> Accessories -> Multimedia -> Sound Volume
in the Recording/Playback turn on Microphone on for both
