Hi all.I am just trying things in FPS Creator before starting a game.I have a problem with the character movement for the enemies.I made a room with various entities in it.I put one enemy in the room (A.I. pistol)and gave the main as static.fpi, shoot was set to chase.fpi.When the enemy sees me and starts to chase it just runs on the spot. Can anyone throw any light on what might be the problem.

Hi, i Have been doing the same thing myself, i think you need to create a waypoint route for the character to get it move,i had the same thing with pace.fpi added waypoint route and it worked fine.

or it could be the main script part, change the main script from static.fpi or default.fpi to something like, cautious, or pace.fpi

This works for me now.I made a small ante-room off the start room and when the door opened the gaurd chased me.You only got the problem if the player was in the gaurds sight at startup.
