Maxon, just jumped from 9.1 to 9.5 with Cinema 4D and I downloaded the demo, and is that so much better than my current version, renders pretty quick.

Here is a scene I modelled and animated in R6 (not finished, the animation is just move along the piper like a water ride) and spiced it up in the new demo, uses the new added feature 'sky object'

also, its new features include 'Baker' which can do Normal Mapping and as I heard lightmaps too, and well go to the maxon website for a feature list

Latley Ive been wanting everything, I tried Photoshop CS2 tryout and thats just sheer fun. I wish I could get a graphics tablet. And recently I wanted to learn how to paint tradtionally.

Well anyways give my regards to buddha see if he can get me some weight loss tips(im not fat but the joke was just to good )

As for my name, it Seppuku here, seppuku there, at least this is a forum where I can change my name and get away from the word Seppuku now .

As for weightloss, as Buddha is dead, he lost weight by starving himself and meditating on hot coals under the bohdi tree....so I'd say try the Atkins diet

@Add, you seen the features of 9.5, I love the feel, as I am only a 6er,

Well suit yourself really, heck I wish I have at least R8, well, I'll save up the pennies to get Studio 9.5

Yes I did use a Bohdi nut shader, Banji I think it was called, heard about this new nurbs type, called T-splines, I think its just been introduced to Maya, kewl wonder what it does

R9 has N-Gons.... where one polygon face has as many sides as you want it to.

dunno, haven't tried it, download the demo of 9.5, I know this version of Baker has normal map conversion, which is good, as you can use em in DBP, as for the lightmapping, not a clue I never used the old Baker because its not compatible with R6
