Is it necessary to reload the program from the CD (arrived today 9/20)over the downloaded v1?

Not havin either let (22nd i get it) i dont know, but i wouldnt think you would have to. i think i saw somewere were it said that the download was everything. so you shouldn't have to. The boxed version can sit on your computer desk and look good lol.
