Slight problem ?

USER (my secret name)
331 Password required for (my secret name).
PASS (my secret password
530 User (my secrte name) cannot log in.

I set up the ftp program as directed,cut and paste my secret name and password. What can be wrong?
Help me
Can it be XP firewall?
