Hey,

I was wondering, How can my character move smooth?

He moves 20 pixels at the time. Now, can we make it for example 4 pixels x 5?

Here was my original idea:

at the end of the loop:

are there any other solutions?
note: I don't really want to move by floats (0.20125....)

It has to be a small code that will do the movment at the bottom.

Cheers,

PiratSS.

Is "Sync rate" set to anything? if its not set that to something around say 20 so it doesnt look like your animations are going too fast, but if it set to low it might look like you mechine can't handle it anymore

and is this chractor going to moving with keybord or joystick input? if so why dont you just do this:

Yes, BackBone has the right idea, use curvevalue if you want your sprite to move smoothly, hope this helps!
