Hello.

I have just done a sample game because im bored. When I built the EXE it was a totally different game!

Different entities and everything!

Have I gone wrong somewhere?

Make sure you compile the right level. Look at your Build Game dialog.

In Level Setting, make sure the game in the list near the bottom is yours. In Build Settings, change GameExecutable Name to the name of your map

ah nevermind. Just send me your FPE by forum or email, depending on the FPE's importance.

I had that problem too, but if you read the pdf manual, it shows you what to do. now that I've read through it I'll give it another try...

That's really not neccessary, M1rkD1rk.. You can easily do it yourself if you know where to look.
check out the screenshot included. I labeled what you need to know to make it work.
I hope this works for you!

I had a problem similar in nature. I was saving my project file to my desktop. I think your .fpm has to be in the default maps folder, just as all your other files have to be in their respective FPSC folders. Like SarusX said, if you go Build Game->Level Settings, there is a box where you define what map to build. If your map file isn't in that folder, it will default to another one and build that instead. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
