How do you put rain in your game?

Because I heard you can, is this possible?

If so, please tell me how.

I said it like 40 times for EA. It's the same way in V1:

ChrisB said how to someone, here's a copy:

I may not be good in school, may not hae had a girl for a while, ma not had a social life in years, BUT I"M STILL THE ONLY ONE IN SCHOOL WHO KNOWS HOW TO MAKE GAMES!!!
