Make the executable availiable, and we'll see if if the problem occurs here.

Check that the working directory in the debug tab is going to the right place. Odd how it should do this.

I did remove the DVD recorder(D: drive) from my computer and reinstall the previous drive an old CD recorder and the error did not popup but i do notice that if there is no cd in the drive the program wait a good 4 second before stating but with a CD in it start under 1 second.

Is it possible that you scan the system to get the drive list?

The DVD drive is a aopen 16x DCD+/- R/RW double layer

The funny thing is that I have the same problem running program that are compiled with DBP the complier do not give error and compile no problem but when is start the programs bin get the popup.

So this is not just a SDK problem.

If I can do anything to help identify the problem better let me know using my email from my registration

The only problem is that I am in Canada and there is a 5h difference and I don’t have access to the net from my work
