Does COPPA apply to TGC Forums? Just curious. There are a lot of 'children' here at the forums and wondered if the COPPA policy is enforced.

No, it isn't.

How can it apply? It's a Federal Law in the USA, many people here are from other countries.

Plus :
"If you operate a commercial Web site or an online service directed to children under 13 that collects personal information from children or if you operate a general audience Web site and have actual knowledge that you are collecting personal information from children, you must comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act."

This engine is meant for people 13+, thus the target audience is not 13 year olds. (How many 13 year olds do you see with 58.65$ CAD or 49.99$ USD available online?)

Pointless? Don't think so. Maybe you haven't read the COPPA policy.
