Here is a really cool level made with DeleD LITE. I can't get it to load it with Dark Basic without it freezing though, so please help!

Okay, I will make the walls, the floor, and the ceiling different textures. Thanks

Edit: Oh no! I can't! I merged the walls, ceilings and floors together!!!!

Uh, does anyone know how to load it into DBC without it freezing?

Im not sure what your problem with the .x file is, as I dont have windows or Dbc running atm.

Post a screenshot of you problem if you can. That could be helpful.

DBC freezes when you load the model? I know I had that problem in DBPro when it fist came out, but im not sure what you dbc problem could be.

@The admiral - It was going to be used as a level in a fps game, but I gave up trying to make the game because I am not good enough at programming yet. It is for whatever you want to use it for.

Edit: There isn't really a screenshot to show. The screen turns that bluish color and freezes.

If you want to. I don't care. I am working on some better levels which I will post here later, which you can use too. Once I am good enough to make an fps, I will use my levels for the game, so don't be angry if you see them in other games.

I had the same problem happen to me when loading a Deled editor .x model. What you have to do is split the level into different pieces and save them as different models. Just cut out half the models and save it. Then paste it back to the same spot and cut the other half out and save that as another .x file. The problem has to deal with the computer reading to many angles of the same model at the same time (like when you have way to many polygons).
