Hey guys,
since i dont have $3500 in which to purchase 3ds max 6, i use milkshape...however some of the features i would really like...such as built in particles =)

is there a 3rd party program and you can load models into and make particle effects? preferably free, but i have never heard of a program like this so im open to anything related =)
