Hey, I want an enemy to drop a key after he dies. Can you tell me how to do this?

You'd better consider the enemy itself as the key to collect.

??? Wow that really comfused me. How can the enemy be a key?

Could I do a script that made the key visible if the enemy was dead?

Maybe, but I don't imagine how now.

You can modify the destroy script of the enemy so that when the player gets close enough just "picks the enemy" as if it were a key (the enemy then vanishes from the screen).

Then write the name of the enemy in the "Use Key" property of the dynamic entity you want to use (door or whatever).

??? Um? So, I make it so when I get close to the enemy it goes away? Couldn't I just make it so if he was destroyed and I got close enough to the corpse, it gives me a key? I dunno.
