I notice for the player start point I can set what weapon the player has by default. But can I change the settings of the weapon? Like change the damage it deals, etc?

They need to make it so you can change the weapon settings on the Player Start Position.

It would also be neat if they could put an area so you can change how many weapons you start with.

ex. If I were to start with a handgun and a grenade.

same exact procedure...take the gun, right click on it (you have to place it in the editor unless you want to edit the fpe) then change the damage and stuff and place it where the player starts.

but I want the settings to stay if the player dies. could I edit the fpe? where is it located?

did i say FPE? i meant gunspec

ya if your not a begginer then ya the gunspec is a better idea.

make sure you make a backup before you edit anything.

its in gamecore/guns/

either scifi, ww2 or modernday depending on which weapon...

then the name of the gun, its called gunspec.txt and there is a feild called damage that you can change...
