fraps, good software for these types of things... Not sure of the site though...

i could do it for you...check out my Project Exodus trailer...it has some good clips of some of my cutscenes.

ok...well then its kindof hard to explain...either you have to have a lot of time on your hands and scripting knowledge to set up events...or you have to have to know an animation suite...

if you want cutscenes to look good...then i recamend either 3ds max or blender.
