Our apologise about the recent downtime. You can find the new community at http://www.munkeynuts.net

Here is a summary of some new information taken directly from the announcments board:
Quote: "
Hello and Welcome to a new coding community,

For all of you, our esteemed friends coming from Long Live Real Game Tools, we welcome your presence and hope you can find in Munkeynuts the same helpful, mature, yet fun loving society you enjoyed at LLRGT. For everyone new to the community we are gratified you have discovered us. As you can see by this page the community is in a state of transition. From the ashes of RGT came LLRGT. It was time to end LLRGT and from those ashes rises Munkeynuts.
Munkeynuts is a game coding based experience. From people just getting their feet wet to the game guru's of our time Munkeynuts is the place to hang out. With a lightning fast forum experience, and a website in the works Munkeynuts is always evolving.
For our members from LLRGT we have a little treat. The website development will be fully publicized. At each stage screenshots will be uploaded and a development diary will be maintained. Community input and involvement is extremely important to us.
To launch the Munkeynuts website we invite our members to compose a logo. The rules are as follows.
1.) No mature content. Puns are allowed.
2.) It must all be your own work.
3.) All entrants must agree that the work is to be signed over and given to Munkeynuts for use on the site. Munkeynuts in turn will provide credit to the author in all legal notices that they are indeed the author.
4.) Cartoony look and feel.
5.) Remember to base it on a Munkey!
6.) Logos to be provided in their native format. (eg PSD, BMP) as well as web based (eg JPG/GIF)
7.) *Use your imagination.*

All entries are to be sent to comp@munkeynuts.net

With that we would like to welcome you to our community. Keep an eye on www.munkeynuts.net!

-The Administration
"

So feel free to come on over and check us out For all of you whom never experienced llrgt we would love to have members whom frequented the official forum and the MunkeyNuts community .

Thanks,
Asheron

I don't get it, why do so many people come here to advertise a site and fail to make a clickable link?

Probably for two reasons. Their extremely tired and their used to forums converting www.whatevers.net into clickable links by themselves.

Sorry about that. Consider it fixed.

A Munkey is a primate that didn't pay attention during literacy lessons*.

Should bring in some interesting logos, I can imagine people having some fun with this one.

*Literacy - what we used to call English, apparently. And they now call sums Numeracy...which is not very good for those who are no good at literacy

I'm sure I saw him on Xzibit's 'Pimp my Munkey' last week.

@David T: Thats ok you can use the same excuse I did

@Van-B: Thanks for the sticky Its much appreciated.

@Spooky: If you were on munkeynuts you'd be losing nuts right now Nice one

@Megaton Cat: I believe the logo competition will be non-prize based. We need to sort everything else out first. I can tell you, however, that later competitions will likely have a prize

If I ever release a software package, I'm going to call it MunkeyNut Pro. Infact, I'll work it backwards; after a couple of weeks, some cheaper versions will arrive; MunkeyNut Lite, for example

congratulations on the LLRGT teambase for surviving another let down or setback.
I dont value the us vs them approach to some of the users there however whatever floats your boat is fine by me. the new name is rather erm [insert soemthing here] for those in that crowd who take this game creation process more seriously, however im not going to judge a forum by its cover i mean domain.

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself 
