how do i put a poster on a wall so u can see a poster when ur playing??

copy one of the sign entitys and replace the texture with your poster...

but that is a different type of file. how do i do that?
i cant just replace it bye a jpeg file or something like that

Look at the texture for the sign. Use the same type of texture for your poster. Replace the sign texture with your poster texture. You can do that in the editor. I believe that they are dds type files, but when you point to the file use a tga extension.

ok...take the folder SIGN_something in the entitybank folder and copy it to entitybank/user.

once its there, save your poster texture as a tga or dds and change the name to be the exact same as the other files in the folder, then copy your texture into that folder, and it will ask you if you want to replace the texture, click yes and you are done!

Open the fpe file in the folder that you copied and where you placed your texture. It's a text file. It's probably pointing to the wrong folders for your object and texture. Change that. Also, delete the bin file that was created when the program tried loading your file. It will create a new one.
