Title says it all really, I'd like to know how to represent an Octal number with a prefix (if there is a standard one).

Hex is:

0xF (or 0x whatever)

So what is Octal? If there is no standard I'm just gonna go with 8x.

Hex = 0x (example: 0xFF = 255)
Oct = 0c (example: 0c377 = 255)
Bin = % (example: %11111111 = 255)
