is it possible to be a admin in your own server so u can kick people if they are doing anything wrong.or to giveurself weapons

no...you are at the same level as anyone else in your game...

the only exeption is that you know fpi scripting...and your opponets might not...and the setuplevel.fpi is staring you in the face
