Does any 1 know how to set up Valve Hammer Editor for use with dark basic professional.

eg
with your own textures eg?

or

Do you have to use Vales Half Life texture.

If not how do I put textures into a .WAD file?

You will need to download a program called wally if you need to make your own textures and you also need half-life to test your maps.

If you use Quarke 6.3 u will be able to sell your games COMPLETELY free.

Wilst Hammer is okay it does expect u to cop up for the use of anything created. However Quarke 6.3 is free and can be used in hot weather or for free. oW CONVINNIENT.

Google is your friend (although type in Quark, don't add the e on the end, it won't find anything).

Gen surf can make a matrix type map which u can cut n paste into quarke 6.3. Easy!

I'd like to get the information on setting up Hammer too. Specifically, what FGD file do you use? I read that some people can set up their own, but I haven't seen anything on the structure of the FGD file. Does anyone have this information tucked away somewhere?

I cant get the bsp to work. I load it, and the collision is all right, its only that I don't see no geometry. It's nothing there exept the collision.
