I haven't really gotten in to multiplayer, and don't have time to right now, but can someone tell me if you can do coop?

not officially only in the sence have you herd of not shooting the members of your team bu scores remain individual

What I mean is have more than one player fighting computer enemies or NPCs. I'd like to be able to make levels that me and a friend can go through and pilliage. Like Cooperative multiplayer in Halo or something.

All you need is to be able to have computer controlled enemies active while multiplayer is going.

But it seems like whatever characters you put in your multiplayer become startpoints for multiplayer dudes --no matter what script they are using.

they had an objectives feild, but that doesnt work...if it did, you would be able to...

in other words... so you couldn't even have a stationary gun in your multiplayer game...

You can't have comp players, and about co-op, make them the same character.

i think theres needs to be a join ip option... so you a firend can tell another friend his ip then makes a level starts it then other friend joins ip. that would make co-op single player

You can't even make things that if you shoot them they explode. No lifts... No anything. I understand this makes multiplayer a lot harder to do, but it would be really nice to fully implement entities in MP. I'm ok with no physics, as long as there's something programmable.

A lot of things make multiplayer fun. Leaving traps, stationary guns, shooting things that explode on your enemies. Projectile weapons for that matter. You can have a rocket arena in quake 1 in 1996 but not in this game. I don't just mean bots.

Plus I love playing co-op. Ever take a buddy along and kill aliens together in HALO?

I like atmosphere. You can't make bushes you can walk through. It looks like you can't even change the light range for lighmapping. Why is that?

FPSC is wonderful, and the MP is a great start, but it's just not finished. That's where I'd like to see the most improvements.
