How would you create a side scroller in Dark Basic with only .bmp images and backgrounds. I can't get the background to scroll.

i wouldn't do it like that, i'd use a plain background textured - it's far quicker.

however i think the comment is

scroll backdrop X#,Y#
from 0.000 -> 1.000

One block follows the suit ... the whole suit of blocks is the path ... what have you found?
