Does the game come with the model packs if you buy it after the packs were released? Also does the game have any buildings of any sort?

The model pack is an add-on all its own, and you'll have to get it just like those of us who already own FPSC do/will-it's not already included.

And if you mean building exteriors, there's a topic on High-rises.
