Learn Lee Time!!!
15 seconds = 900 LT's
1 Second = 60 LT's

After I figured that Lee was Crazy, and that a value of 1 is like instant spawn and a value of 1000 is like never spawn, I tried the 100's... but 60 seems closer.

Mabey it is the 100's... Ask Lee.

(I am TRYING to shift though the source to confirm this, but as the source is so hard to move though, it may take some time. I can't really tell what Lee has...)

(And the BETA info is still in here...)

Actually, appearantly it is closer to 33. Based on FPS... WTF?
Still, 60 sounds better. I ask Teh Lee... Why not Base it on a timer?
