The standard effect for smoke, and for almost every effect for that matter always "shoots" upwards. I'd like to be able to have smoke pouring from the ceiling and maybe fire jetting from a burst pipe.

How can this be done?

Secondly, i'd also like some mirrors in the game so you can see yourself. Any chance of that? Maybe with scripting?

Only problem with mirrors is that there is no model of the player so you would just see the floating gun.

But surely you could set a model as the player, otherwise multiplayer would be impossible because you wouldn't be able to see the other players (except for their weapons)

That's not quite how it works. Multiplayer uses enemy models--in the manual it tells you to place down character entities, which then represent the players In single-player there is no way to specify what player model to use--there is none. Thus mirrors wouldn't work.

Well then TGC should make a patch for them!

When FPSC gets good enough, lets make a Redwall game!
